Dusting It Away
aayushmaan.29329Blood streams, lives tear to sorrow.
Incessant screams, with nothing left to borrow
Our food served in platter,
We just pick up and eat.
Others burn while we chatter,
Into plains neat.
Streets are swept to look nice,
Dive into the gullies.
The real centre of mice,
Conducting all sullies.
Grinning for the camera,
Weaving a web of lies.
Making a change,
By burying all cries.
Incarcerated in their own possessions,
Diminishing the nature's soul.
Avoiding the world's tensions,
Turning into a ghoul.
Forests demolished to sands,
Rivers turned into tears.
Blinded by jealous bands,
As end nears.
Sitting in cabins cool,
Burning the world outside.
Making mother nature drool,
While the evil grins with pride.
The one that drenched us life,
We are standing in front, holding a knife.
The one that has got a lot to bear
Has just become a source of millions tears.
Nations are burning,
Rotting from within.
The barks are churning,
Into a stream thin.
There is a plethora to offer,
In the atmosphere.
But we are just making it rougher,
For targets mere.
From humans to cannibals,
We have come a long way.
Nature turned into pebbles,
Laid In a rich tray.
Time is clicking,
Let's thrive for a world sustainable.
Endless bricking,
Locking a world of possibilities.
